在備用技術(shù)供水泵的啟停試驗(yàn)中，發(fā)現(xiàn)繼電器4K不停地打火花，且水泵的“運(yùn)行”、“故障”指示燈同時(shí)亮。經(jīng)對原有控制回路進(jìn)行檢查并分析：啟泵一定時(shí)間后，軟啟動(dòng)器發(fā)出正常運(yùn)行信號，于是“水泵運(yùn)行”指示燈亮;啟泵40s后，由于水泵控制閥行程開關(guān)未動(dòng)作(控制閥未開啟)而報(bào)“水泵故障”信號，而此時(shí)水泵控制把手仍在“啟泵”位置，要求繼續(xù)

啟泵(因水泵故障信號未閉鎖啟泵回路)，因此出現(xiàn)一些異常情況，如繼電器4K線圈不停地帶電、失電，產(chǎn)生打火花現(xiàn)象，同時(shí)出現(xiàn)“運(yùn)行”、“故障”指示燈同時(shí)亮等。

鑒于此，需對備用技術(shù)供水控制回路進(jìn)行技改。如在原有的傳統(tǒng)繼電器控制方式上改進(jìn)，則回路會變得較復(fù)雜，增加維護(hù)難度，而且中間繼電器、時(shí)間繼電器在時(shí)間配合上容易出現(xiàn)邏輯錯(cuò)誤。如改為PLC(如其它輔機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng))控制，回路會變得比較簡單，水泵控制流程、邏輯很容易實(shí)現(xiàn)，但成本較高，同時(shí)還需加裝開關(guān)電源為PLC提供24V直流電源，以后的維護(hù)因涉及PLC程序需由專人進(jìn)行。

經(jīng)過查閱資料并咨詢廠家、供貨商，考慮將備用技術(shù)供水泵的控制改為智能繼電器控制模式。這樣控制回路相對較簡單，而且智能繼電器成本相對較低，可相當(dāng)于一臺微型PLC裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)自保持、時(shí)鐘、延時(shí)等功能。經(jīng)比較，建議選用德默勒公司產(chǎn)的EASY一619一AC—RC智能繼電器?！癊ASY”為價(jià)格低廉的緊湊型控制繼電器，用于簡單的控制項(xiàng)目。“EASY”的應(yīng)用范圍很廣，并具有用戶界面友好的智能操作功能和LCD液晶顯示功能。使用“EA SY”可以通過按鍵方式直接在其顯示屏上進(jìn)行編程，通過編程可以使你迅速學(xué)會并熟練掌握“EA SY”的各種功能，諸如計(jì)數(shù)繼電器、實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘、模擬量比較器、中間繼電器、文本顯示等。
