三福塑料公司前身為臺灣譽達塑料公司，成立于1980年從事PVC塑料膠粒 生產(chǎn)。
于1994年轉(zhuǎn)大陸設(shè)分廠，公司總廠位于廣州石井。資本額港幣555萬元，實際設(shè)備人力超過千萬港幣。

于1998年擴大經(jīng)營團隊，改組更名為三福塑料鞋材有限公司，將觸角自原料延伸至鞋材射出加工，
現(xiàn)有規(guī)模廠房土地萬坪，員工達150人。
公司初期以生產(chǎn)PVC再生膠粒為主,1999年設(shè)立原料配方研發(fā)部門、塑料配色部門，
增資研發(fā)生產(chǎn)PVC透明膠粒與發(fā)泡膠粒，附加配色服務(wù)。
為提供客戶完善的服務(wù)，近年又增資塑膠射出部門，從鞋材射出開始發(fā)展至其他產(chǎn)品射出，
諸如電子產(chǎn)品包裝、家具包裝…等等，塑膠原料部門更增產(chǎn)多項復(fù)合功能性強之PVC材料。

The company produces the PVC recycling pellets primarily at initial period, in 1,999 increases the capital to establish the formula research and development department, the plastic color matching department, researching and developing the PVC transparent pellets and the foaming pellets, and attached colors matching service. In order to offer our customer the consummates service, we increased the capital to setup the plastic injection department, the processing service was developed from the shoes injection to the other plastic injection products, such as electronic products packing, furniture packing...and the formula department developed many compound functions PVC material.
