3、能耗低:電爐均采用進(jìn)口紅外加熱管，板材受熱均勻，加熱板升溫快（2-3秒達(dá)到制定溫度），電爐推進(jìn)時(shí)燈管自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟，電爐退回后燈管自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，減少不必要的電能損失，比其他吸塑機(jī)省電30％以上，采用先進(jìn)的數(shù)碼功率控溫，不受外網(wǎng)電壓的影響，自動(dòng)校正功率，較普通型綜合節(jié)約30％電能

4、換模成本低：自動(dòng)無(wú)極活動(dòng)模板窗，更換模具時(shí)，電腦操作需要任意調(diào)整縱橫向的壓料框，無(wú)需更換，托料板的長(zhǎng)度方向也可做到調(diào)節(jié)，適應(yīng)不同大小的模具，這樣大大減少換模成本。窗，能有效調(diào)節(jié)各種尺寸模具
